How we handle your information
Last updated November 2, 2026. This notice describes what Northway Strategic Advisory LLC (“Northway,” “we”) collects through this website and how it is used.
What this site collects
This website collects information in two ways.
- The contact form. When you submit the form we receive the name, company, email address, area of interest, and message you enter, together with the date and time of submission and basic technical details (the IP address and browser identifier attached to the request) that help us block automated abuse.
- Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (pages requested, time, IP address, browser type). These are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained only as long as the hosting provider's standard log retention.
This site does not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. It does not set cookies for tracking purposes. Interactive tools on the site, such as the Northway Compass and the Workbench, run entirely in your browser; nothing you enter in them is stored or sent to us.
How we use it
We use contact form information for one purpose: to respond to your message and, if you ask us to, to discuss working together. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone except the service providers described below.
Service providers
Contact form messages are delivered to us through a transactional email service or a message delivery integration, and the site is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and, if a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required for our records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, limits what the contact endpoint accepts, applies rate limiting to deter abuse, and does not store contact submissions in the website itself in production. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
